I have over a decade of Interior Styling and Colour Consulting experience and lots of amazing ideas to transform a space. I have lived and worked on the Coromandel Peninsula for over 5 years. I've run a successful Air BnB and having been an Interior Décor Consultant for over a decade, I have lots of experience putting together a great furniture and homewares look.
I’m particularly passionate about holiday home rental projects as we can have some real fun with these and make your holiday rental stand out from the crowd.
If you are looking to refresh your property to put on the market, I will give you a comprehensive list of what needs to be done and where you can make changes to make your property more appealing to buyers. I’ve lived through several open homes and love styling homes to sell.
I'll usually meet to get an understanding of what your requirements are. If you’re looking to inject new life into your home, a total overhaul or getting ready to go to market, that’s no sweat!
This service includes an electronic visual mood board, a list of homewares/furniture requirements and a task to do list.
COLOUR CONSULTING
I can help with both interior and exterior colour schemes, for residential new builds and renovations, commercial premises and everything in between! Even if you just need a little help with choosing your new bathroom or kitchen finishes, it's all part of the service.
The initial meet and greet consultation usually includes two hours of my time. Once we’ve had discussions and a brief as to what you need, I then research and collate paint colours, wallpaper, drapery, flooring, tiles, bathroom finishes and kitchen benchtops and cabinetry.
Once items and colours have been decided upon, you will receive a comprehensive paint and finishes schedule to keep as a reference and pass onto your tradie team.
